With its spectacular view and natural surroundings, this bucolic area is a great place to call home. The city holds a ranch style environment and offers great trails and pathways in the woods. On it’s 1,920 acres, the city has a total of 684 single-family homes and is a residential only zone. In other words, the residents work, shop and attend schools in other towns of the Palos Verdes Peninsula. The schools in the nearby area are amongst the top in the nation, and Palos Verdes Peninsula High School was ranked 8th in the nation by the Washington Post.
